Stephanie Linnartz is a motivational leader with over 30 years’ experience driving change at well-known brands. She was named as one of Fortune's 100 Most Powerful Women in Business of 2023 and to the Forbes CEO Next 2021 list of up-and-coming leaders set to revolutionize American business. Stephanie has been a speaker at the World Economic Forum and is a sought-after conference panelist at global industry events.

Most recently, Stephanie served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Under Armour, one of the world’s leading athletic performance brands. Stephanie led Under Armour through its next phase of growth centered on driving global consumer demand, delivering elevated design and products, and growing sales globally.

Prior to joining Under Armour, Stephanie was the president of Marriott International, Inc., where she was responsible for designing and executing all aspects of the company’s global strategy, including hotel development, brand, operations, marketing, sales, revenue management, customer engagement, technology, emerging businesses, and loyalty strategies.

Stephanie is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross with a degree in political science, holds an MBA from William & Mary, and has completed additional graduate studies at the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Development. She serves on the board of many organizations, including the Home Depot, the College of the Holy Cross, the Economic Club of Washington, D.C., and is an Advisory Board member of both Fair Chance and the Teach the World Foundation. She resides in the Washington, D.C. area with her husband and two children.
